Exceptional breakfast buffet.

Absolutely infuriating experience! Upon arriving, I found our Junior Suite to be less than clean, with dirt and stains everywhere. It boggles my mind that even in such a supposedly luxurious resort, I had to deal with maintenance issues like termites in the doors. To top it off, the service at the bar was atrocious.

The staff at Club Hotel, Golf Resort & Spa made our stay truly enjoyable. Our Deluxe Beach Front Room offered stunning views and a welcoming atmosphere. Dining options impressed us, especially the delicious meals at all the restaurants. Breakfast was fantastic, with a variety of high-quality selections. The garden area is beautiful and well-maintained, ideal for leisurely strolls. While the service was generally attentive, the bar area occasionally experienced slow service during peak times. Also, some amenities felt overpriced compared to the experience. A few areas seemed to need a refresh. The ambiance at the beach club could use more liveliness, perhaps by adding music or improved service.

The pool area was lovely, perfect for unwinding after a long day, though the room could’ve used a bit more thorough cleaning upon arrival. However, service at El Patio was inconsistent, and the beach club's closure during our visit was disappointing. Additionally, the pool area felt a bit too chilly in January, limiting its use.
